It is a difficult process to find a suitable rental housing in the Amsterdam region. Amsterdam Property Renting is therefore happy to arrange everything for you. We conduct and extensive search for you and find the perfect home. We always represent your interests, find at least 3 properties that meet your requirements, accompany you during the viewings and ensure that the rental agreement is correct.
The Procedure I
You will indicate to us your housing requirements. Based on those, Amsterdam Property Renting will start searching within its extensive network for suitable options. You will then be presented with 3 properties. You can then pick which ones you’d like to view and Amsterdam Property Renting agent will then arrange the viewings and accompany you.
We then negotiate on behalf of you with the landlord about the conditions of the lease, the length of the rental period, the rental price and so on. In case of more candidates, we act as your partner and make sure that you get selected. If you decide to rent the property, Amsterdam Property Renting will accompany you during the entire rental process and check the correctness of the rental agreement.
We also make sure to collect the deposit, first month’s rent and the service fee from you and deliver to the landlord.
If requested we arrange the connection of G/W/L and internet & TV for you.
